MB Global Service AB, Located in a demonstration base for industry, academia, and research in the Swedish technology industry. We are a professional
analysis and testing institution specializing in rubber and plastic materials, energy, biology, chemical industry, environment, and food and medicine. We
are a demonstration base for industry, academia, and research in the chemical industry and an operating unit for the testing section of the Swedish public
technology service platform
1. Aging Test
It is the process of conducting corresponding condition strengthening experiments to simulate the aging of products under various factors involved in
real usage conditions. This experiment mainly focuses on plastic materials, and common aging methods include light aging, wet heat aging, and hot air aging.
2. Flame retardant test
It is a test method for the ability of the tested object to delay flame extension, propagation, and diffusion. After years of development, flame retardant testing
has formed multiple standards and become a very important testing project in the relevant industry.
3. Weathering resistance testing
Also known as reliability testing, it refers to a series of aging phenomena that occur in materials such as coatings, building plastics, rubber products, etc., due
to external conditions such as sunlight exposure, temperature changes, wind and rain exposure, resulting in fading, discoloration, cracking, pulverization, and
decreased strength. UV irradiation is a key factor in promoting plastic aging.
4. Reliability testing
It is an activity carried out to ensure the functional reliability of a product during its specified lifespan in all expected environments such as use, transportation,
or storage. It is the process of exposing a product to natural or artificial environmental conditions for basic effects, in order to evaluate the performance of the
product under actual use, transportation, and storage environmental conditions, and to analyze and study the degree of environmental toxicity and its
mechanism of action
5. Physical and chemical performance testing
As the name suggests, it refers to the physical and chemical performance testing of fine chemicals, which can be carried out in accordance with standards such
as ISO, ASTM, DIN, GB, HB, etc.
6. Mechanical performance testing
Material mechanical performance testing (hardness, strength and elongation, impact toughness, compression, shear, torsion tests)
7. Metal mechanical performance testing
The research and development of new metal materials, improvement of material quality, maximization of material potential (selection of appropriate allowable stress),
analysis of metal component failures to ensure reasonable design and safe and reliable use and maintenance are all essential means.
8. Combustion Performance Test
Ignitability test, surface flame propagation test, heat generation test, smoke generation test, fire resistance test, analysis test of combustion decomposition gas,
vertical combustion, horizontal combustion, gas index test, smoke density, flash point, and self ignition point test.
9. Electrical performance indicators
Dielectric strength, the ratio of voltage to sample thickness when the sample between electrodes is broken down at a continuously increasing voltage, in KVmm (2);
Dielectric constant, the ratio of capacitance when using plastic as a medium to capacitance when using vacuum as a medium; Dielectric loss, a parameter that
characterizes the energy loss of an insulating material under an AC electric field, is the tangent of the residual angle between the applied voltage and the current
passing through the sample; Volume resistance coefficient and surface resistance coefficient; Arc resistance refers to the resistance of plastics to electric arcs and
sparks. The arc resistance of plastics is often expressed in terms of the time it takes to burn (s).
