1、 Training background

The widespread use of modern medical devices has brought enormous benefits to patients, but Medical Device Repair (MDR) still occurs from time to time, causing 

serious harm and losses to patients and medical institutions. In order to improve the awareness and processing ability of medical staff towards MDR, reduce the risks

 of patients and medical institutions, this training plan is specially formulated.

2、 Training objectives

(2) MDR reporting process and standards.

4)  Handling and prevention of MDR

(1) Principles and methods for handling MDR;

(2) Preventive measures and management recommendations for MDR.

5、 Training methods

1. Theoretical courses

Through lectures, case studies, group discussions, and other forms, relevant experts will teach medical personnel the knowledge and skills related to MDR.

2. Practical teaching

Based on actual work needs, organize medical personnel to conduct on-site observation and simulation operations to improve their practical abilities in 

MDR processing and reporting.

6、 Training time and location

This training plan will be conducted in a step-by-step and phased manner, and each department can arrange the time and location according to the 

actual situation.

7、 Training effectiveness evaluation

After the training is completed, an evaluation of the training effectiveness will be conducted on medical personnel to understand the training
