1. Overview

Many current or pending regulations worldwide require the elimination of a range of identified hazardous substances, including lead, 

mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, and polybrominated diphenyl ethers in electronic and electrical 

products. However, there are various regulations that require control over hazardous substances, and customers have different 

requirementsfor hazardous substances. To solve this problem with immutability and adaptability, it is necessary to have authoritative standards 

or normsissued worldwide, so that all relevant parties have a unified and clear guideline to follow, in order to minimize technical barriers in

(HSPM) standard - "Electronic and Electrical Components and Products Hazardous Substance Reduction Standards and Requirements (EIA/ECCB-954)",

and has developed a special procedural rule - "Hazardous Substance Process Management Requirements (QC001002-5)" for the certification of 

this process management system, providing an authoritative choice for hazardous substance management and certification.
