Position: ISO9001/14001/45001/GB/T50430/ISO22000/HACCP auditor/intern auditor
Job responsibilities:
1. Execute the audit tasks assigned by the company, promptly provide feedback to relevant personnel on various issues that arise during the audit process, and actively cooperate to solve them;
2. Adhere to the auditing principles in auditing work, abide by the behavioral norms of auditors and various company regulations, pay attention to one's own words and actions, and maintain the interests and image of the company;
3. Timely prepare audit materials, communicate with clients before the audit, supervise clients to rectify non conformities, and modify and improve audit materials based on the opinions of certification decision staff.
4. Understand customer needs during the audit and provide feedback to relevant departments;
5. Actively participate in relevant training arranged by the company;
6. Provide suggestions for audit related work and other company related tasks;
7. Proactively learn, continuously improve one's professional quality and auditing skills, provide valuable opinions and suggestions to the audited party, and continuously improve the quality of auditing work.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, a national registered auditor under CCAA or an intern auditor who has passed the CCAA exam, with priority given to qualifications in three or more systems;
2. At least 4 years of work experience in technical or management positions;
3. The knowledge, skills, and personal qualities that auditors at all levels should possess as stipulated in the registration criteria for auditors of the national management system;
4. Strong adaptability to work and possessing the concept of time management;
5. Respect and maintain the company's image, reputation, and interests;
6. Self motivation, self-improvement, good communication skills, and strong teamwork spirit;
7. Having basic computer operation skills;
8. Can meet the needs of frequent business trips.
