(Product after-sales service evaluation system), which includes evaluation indicators and methods. The evaluation indicators focus on the requirements

 of the after-sales service system, product service, and customer service.

Product after-sales service certification adopts a scoring system, which is a collection of service element evaluation systems that can objectively and 

effectively measure the service level of enterprises. Divide service capabilities into four levels: qualified, three-star, four-star, and five-star.

3) There is a special fund guarantee for after-sales service;

4) No major errors in after-sales service;

5) The enterprise has trained after-sales service managers and service teams.
